These irons are specifically engineered as game-improvement clubs for adult female golfers who are looking to improve their ball speed, achieve more consistent distance, and benefit from higher forgiveness.
The 360-degree Undercut Cavity maximizes forgiveness by allowing the clubface to flex more efficiently, leading to increased ball speed and a higher launch angle, even on off-center hits.
This design optimizes the sole geometry to provide smoother interaction with the turf, helping to maintain clubhead speed and consistent contact from various lies, from long irons to wedges.
Urethane Microspheres are incorporated into the clubhead to absorb unwanted vibrations at impact, resulting in a softer feel that is often described as forged-like, while still delivering the speed and forgiveness of a modern iron.
While offering excellent performance, the Quantum Max Steel Irons are primarily designed as game-improvement clubs. Lower handicap players seeking maximum workability might prefer a different model.
These irons come with the KBS Max 90 Steel shaft, available in Regular and Stiff flex, designed to provide a high launch and high spin profile.
The standard grip is the Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 in a Standard size with a .580" core, weighing approximately 52g.
Ensure the clubface is clean and free of debris. Check for any damage to the clubface or grooves. Verify that your swing mechanics are consistent.
Confirm the lie angle and loft are appropriate for your swing. Ensure you are making solid contact with the ball, as the AI-Optimised Face is designed to work best with center or near-center impacts.
The Urethane Microspheres are designed to soften feel, but individual perception can vary. Ensure you are striking the ball in the center of the face for optimal feel and performance.
The Progressive Tri-Sole design should help, but ensure your swing path is not too steep. Practice on a variety of turf conditions to adapt to the sole's interaction.
Setup: These irons are designed for immediate play. Standard club lengths are provided for women, but adjustments can be made by a professional fitter if needed to match your swing. Ensure the grip is oriented correctly for your stance.
Compatibility: The Callaway Quantum Max Steel Irons are compatible with standard golf bags and are suitable for play on all regulation golf courses. They are designed for adult female golfers.
Care: To maintain performance and longevity, clean the clubface after each use with a soft brush or cloth to remove dirt and grass. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the finish. Store clubs in a dry environment, protecting them from extreme temperatures. Regular inspection of grips for wear and tear is recommended.
