FAQs
Does the set require assembly?
No, the MCC Direct Dressing Table and Stool Set comes fully assembled and ready to use upon arrival.
What are the dimensions of the dressing table?
Please refer to the product's specific dimensions listed in its technical specifications or product listing for exact measurements.
What material is the stool upholstered in?
The stool is upholstered in a soft leather, providing a luxurious feel and comfortable seating.
How should I clean the grey finish of the table?
Wipe the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher marks, use a mild soap solution, but avoid abrasive cleaners.
Can the mirror be removed or adjusted?
The mirror is typically a fixed part of the dressing table design and is not designed for removal or adjustment.
What is the weight capacity of the stool?
Specific weight capacity details are usually found in the product's technical specifications. Please consult the product manual or listing for this information.
Is the drawer large enough for standard makeup palettes?
The drawer is designed for storing cosmetics, jewelry, and personal essentials. Its internal dimensions will determine the fit for specific items like palettes; please check the product's specifications for drawer dimensions.
Troubleshooting
Drawer is sticking or difficult to open/close.
Ensure there are no obstructions inside the drawer or on its runners. Check that the table is on a level surface. If the issue persists, gently check the drawer runners for any debris or misalignment.
Mirror appears smudged or streaky.
Use a dedicated glass cleaner and a clean, lint-free cloth. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror, and wipe in a consistent direction (e.g., horizontally or vertically).
Stool feels unstable.
Verify that all legs of the stool are firmly in place and that the floor surface is level. If it appears there's a manufacturing defect, contact customer support.
Surface scratches easily.
Avoid placing hot or abrasive objects directly on the tabletop. Use coasters or placemats for drinks and hot items. Clean spills immediately.
