FAQs

What are the exact dimensions of the pot?

The pot has a top diameter of 12.5cm, a base diameter of 9cm, and a height of 10.5cm.

Is this pot suitable for outdoor use?

While durable, this pot is designed as an indoor plant pot. Prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions may affect its appearance and material integrity.

Does the tray collect all excess water?

Yes, the matching tray is designed to catch excess water that drains from the pot, protecting your surfaces.

Can I put a larger plant in this pot?

The pot is optimally sized for small plants. Larger plants may outgrow it quickly or require more soil than the pot can comfortably hold.

What material is the pot made from?

The pot is made from a lightweight, durable material that mimics the look and feel of ceramic with a matte finish.

How do I clean the pot?

Gently wipe the pot with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers.

Is the tray detachable?

Yes, the tray is a separate piece designed to fit securely beneath the pot.

Troubleshooting

Water leaking from the base despite the tray.

Ensure the drainage hole is not cracked or damaged. Check that the tray is properly seated beneath the pot.

Surface appears scratched.

This material is designed to be durable, but avoid using abrasive cleaning tools. Minor scuffs may be inherent to the material's texture.

Plant seems unhealthy (e.g., yellowing leaves).

Check the drainage system; ensure the hole is clear and the tray is not holding standing water. Adjust watering frequency based on the plant's specific needs.
