Product Information

Full details

The Smart Tails thinners are revolutionary tail rakes designed to thin thick tails and achieve a pulled look without discomfort. This specific variant features a wooden handle and a fine blade (20 teeth), ideal for finishing small show ponies, animals with small docks, or animals with very fine hair. The fine blade is also suitable for general tidying of finer manes and tails, or for finishing thick tails where a show or close finish is required, especially after bulk hair has been shaped with a coarser blade. These thinners can also be used on dogs and other small animals for de-matting and thinning thick hair. The wooden handle incorporates a replaceable blade system, allowing for easy blade replacement when blunt or interchangeability with other blade grades.
