FAQs
Do I need to unwrap the tablet before use?
No, the tablet features a water-soluble film that dissolves automatically during the wash cycle.
Can I use these in a half-load cycle?
Yes, but ensure your dishwasher has a half-load setting to manage water usage efficiently.
Are these tablets safe for silver or delicate items?
Check your dishwasher manufacturer's manual, as some delicate items, such as silver or painted glassware, are not dishwasher safe regardless of the detergent used.
Does the lemon scent stay on the food?
No, the fragrance is designed to leave dishes smelling clean without affecting the taste of food or beverages.
Do I need to add extra rinse aid?
While the tablets are All-In-One, adding a dedicated rinse aid can further improve drying results in regions with particularly hard water.
Troubleshooting
Tablet film not dissolving
Ensure the dispenser is dry before loading the tablet and check that the dishwasher spray arm is not blocked by large items.
White spots on glassware
This is often due to hard water. Even with the built-in salt, ensure your dishwasher's salt reservoir is filled if the machine has a separate indicator.
Tablets sticking together in the bag
Keep the bag tightly sealed and away from moisture; store in a dry cupboard under the sink or in a pantry.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Effective in eco and short wash cycles
- Eliminates the need for manual pre-rinsing
- Leaves a streak-free brilliant shine
- Built-in salt function simplifies detergent needs
- Pleasant, fresh lemon fragrance
Cons
- Tablets are sensitive to moisture in storage
- Not suitable for hand-washing dishes
- Requires proper dishwasher loading to function optimally
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Using the tablets is straightforward: ensure your hands are dry before handling a tablet, then place it directly into the dishwasher's detergent dispenser. Do not unwrap the tablet, as the outer film is designed to dissolve in water.
- Storage: Keep the pack in a cool, dry place. Humidity will cause the tablets to stick together or begin dissolving in the package.
- Compatibility: These are compatible with all standard domestic dishwashers. If you live in an area with extremely hard water, the built-in salt function is sufficient for most machines, though you should check if your dishwasher requires additional salt levels to be maintained separately.
- Safety: Store out of reach of children and pets.
