Product Information

Full details

The Moncler Ornement Hooded Long Down Jacket is a sophisticated winter essential designed for adult women who prioritize both thermal warmth and high-fashion aesthetics. Its primary benefit is the combination of an elongated silhouette for maximum coverage and a unique scarf-inspired neckline that elevates any winter ensemble. While it provides excellent insulation and versatility, prospective owners should be aware that the polyester construction requires careful handling compared to more rugged, technical outdoor gear.

FAQs

Is the hood fully detachable?

Yes, the hood is designed to be detachable using the provided snap-button system.

Can I machine wash this jacket?

It is highly recommended to follow professional cleaning methods rather than machine washing to protect the down fill and exterior finish.

What is the primary material?

The exterior shell is crafted from high-quality polyester, chosen for its durability and sleek finish.

Is the jacket suitable for extreme sub-zero temperatures?

The jacket offers high thermal insulation, making it excellent for cold weather, though layering is recommended for extreme sub-zero conditions.

How do I care for the scarf detail?

Keep the scarf detail smooth by folding it neatly when not tied, and avoid using heavy pins that could damage the fabric.

Troubleshooting

Zipper feels stiff or catches

Ensure no fabric is trapped in the track and verify that the two-way sliders are fully aligned at the base.

Hood keeps falling off

Check that all snap buttons are fully engaged and clear of any internal debris.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your Moncler Ornement, avoid exposing the polyester fabric to sharp objects that could cause pilling or tears. When storing the jacket, use a padded hanger to maintain the shape of the shoulders and the structural integrity of the hood attachment.

Care Instructions

Cleaning: Always refer to the internal care label. Due to the down insulation and technical fabric, professional dry cleaning is often the safest route.
Hood Removal: Unsnap the hood carefully to prevent wear on the fastening points.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the color and material strength.
