Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Measure the width of your stair tread and mark the nosing if cutting is required. Use a metal-cutting saw for a clean cut.
- Position the nosing on the stair edge, ensuring it sits flush.
- Mark the drilling points through the designated holes in the nosing.
- Drill pilot holes into the stair tread.
- Insert the provided plugs (if applicable for your surface) into the holes.
- Secure the nosing using the provided screws.
Compatibility:
This stair nosing is compatible with most standard stair materials including wood, laminate, tile, and concrete. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before installation.
Care:
Clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the anodised finish. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing and drying.
