FAQs
What tools do I need for installation?
You'll need a drill, screwdriver, level, and appropriate fixings (screws, bolts, wall plugs) depending on your wall or fence material.
What is the weight capacity of the brackets?
The weight capacity depends on the wall material and the fixings used. Always ensure the wall can support the combined weight of the bracket, planter, soil, and plants. Consider this when choosing the size and type of the planter.
Can I use these brackets on a wooden fence?
Yes, these brackets are suitable for wooden fences. Ensure you use appropriate screws and pre-drill pilot holes to prevent the wood from splitting.
Are fixings included?
No, fixings (screws, bolts, wall plugs) are not included and must be purchased separately.
How do I clean the brackets?
Clean the brackets with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
What if the brackets don't fit my planter?
Check the dimensions of your planter against the bracket's support width (12cm) before purchase. If the planter is too large, these brackets may not be suitable.
Troubleshooting

Check the fixings to ensure they are securely fastened. If necessary, use longer or more appropriate fixings for the wall/fence material.
Rust appears on the brackets.
Clean the affected area with a wire brush and apply a suitable anti-rust paint or coating.
