Grant's Quick Recovery (QR) cylinders are high-efficiency hot water storage solutions designed to complement all of Grant's heat source appliances. Suitable for both unvented and open-vented systems, these cylinders cater to diverse installation requirements, ensuring optimal heating system efficiency. The QR cylinder range offers high-quality construction, efficient performance, and adaptability, making them an excellent choice for hot water storage with oil boilers, air source heat pumps, and solar thermal systems. These cylinders represent Grant's most efficient generation, featuring rapid heat-up times and reduced standing heat losses. Each model is versatile and suitable for multiple applications, simplifying the specification process. Key features include a 25-year material guarantee on the cylinder shell (subject to terms and conditions), a pre-plumbed design with 28mm compression connections, no anode requirement, clearly labelled tappings and connections, a fast-recovery stainless steel coil, a factory-fitted temperature and pressure relief valve, and a high-quality external finish with organic Estectic Tex paint. The pre-plumbed models come equipped with factory-fitted, pre-wired controls, including the Grant EP001 wiring centre and a digital dual thermostat.
