This Buzz Lightyear figure is suitable for Toy Story fans aged 3 years and older.

How tall is the Buzz Lightyear figure?

Does the figure make sounds or have electronic features?

This specific figure features a wing-deployment action activated by a button. It does not have electronic sounds or lights.

How do I make the wings deploy?

Press the big red button located on Buzz's chest plate to activate the wing-deployment action.

Can I pose the Buzz Lightyear figure in different positions?

Yes, the figure has 12 points of articulation, allowing for a wide range of poses to recreate movie scenes or imagine new adventures.

What should I do if the figure arrives with different colors or decorations than pictured?

Colors and decorations may vary. If the variation is significant or not to your satisfaction, please check the return policy of your retailer.

How should I clean the action figure?

Clean the figure with a soft, dry cloth. For tougher marks, use a slightly damp cloth, but avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the figure in water.

Troubleshooting

Wings do not deploy when the red button is pressed.

Ensure the button is being pressed firmly and directly. Check if there are any obstructions around the wing mechanism. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Figure joints are stiff or difficult to move.

Gently try to move the joints back and forth. Sometimes, a slightly warmer environment can help loosen plastic. Do not apply excessive force, as this may cause breakage.

Paint scuffs or minor scratches on the figure.

For minor scuffs, try gently wiping with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. For deeper scratches, consider them part of the figure's 'adventure' or use a model paint for minor touch-ups if comfortable.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: This action figure requires no assembly or setup out of the box. It is ready for play immediately upon removal from its packaging.

Compatibility: The Buzz Lightyear figure is designed to be 'at scale' with other characters from the Disney and Pixar Toy Story universe, facilitating group play with other similarly sized figures. It is suitable for use by children aged 3 years and older.

Care: To maintain the figure's appearance and functionality:

Cleaning: Wipe the figure with a clean, dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the paint and plastic.
