This solution is specifically formulated with synthetic resins to effectively seal and safeguard concrete. It provides excellent water repellency and, when applied externally, helps minimize efflorescence, green growth, and algae. Once treated, the concrete sealer offers durable protection with minimal upkeep. It is user-friendly and can be applied directly from the bottle to rapidly seal porous concrete. This advanced synthetic resin emulsion significantly reduces water absorption in treated areas without blocking pores or capillaries. It also helps to limit organic soiling while still allowing the material to "breathe" and permit moisture vapor transfer. For optimal application, ensure the surface is completely clean and dry. Accepted application methods include a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge. The recommended application temperature range is between 12°C and 23°C. Apply the Essential Concrete Sealer generously, using two "wet on wet" coats for complete coverage. Do not dilute the product. The surface should be dry within 45-60 minutes. In case of rain or forecast of rain, cease application immediately and cover the treated areas, as the surface must remain completely dry for the initial six hours after application. Please be aware that the concrete sealer might alter the appearance of some surfaces; therefore, it is advisable to test the product in an inconspicuous area before full application, especially where appearance is critical. Cover any surfaces not intended for sealing with masking material. For maintenance, clean sealed areas using a mild, pH-neutral cleaner or a very mild concentration outdoor cleaner. Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaning agents as they can negatively impact the treated surface. Coverage: 4 to 10m² per litre per coat, depending on the porosity of the surface. Verify the surface after application to confirm the repellent's full effectiveness. Size: 5L.
