Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure success with this fabric, use a Teflon or walking foot on your sewing machine to prevent the PVC from sticking to the throat plate. A universal or specialized leather needle is recommended to ensure clean stitch holes. To care for your finished item, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scrubbers which may dull the glossy finish. Never iron directly on the right side of the fabric, as it will melt; if you must remove creases, use a low-heat setting on the reverse side with a pressing cloth and test on a scrap piece first.
