This guide is for professionals, students, and anyone needing to organize and transport A4 documents. The Q-Connect Document Folder offers a secure and transparent way to store papers, with a press-stud closure. A potential caveat is that the transparency, while useful for identification, may not be suitable for highly confidential materials.

These folders are designed to hold A4 sized documents.
Each folder can hold up to 150 sheets of A4 paper.
You can clean the folders with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
The folders in this pack are blue.
While secure, the transparent nature of the folders means the contents are visible. For highly confidential documents, consider opaque folders.
This product comes as a pack of 12 blue document folders.
The folders feature a press-stud closing mechanism to keep contents secure.
Ensure no excess paper is preventing proper alignment. Check the press-stud for any obstructions or debris and clean if necessary.
While designed for durability, avoid excessive force or crushing. Minor creases may not affect functionality, but significant damage may require replacing the folder.
Ensure the exterior of the folder is clean. Smudges or dust can obscure visibility. The material itself is designed to be transparent, but may have a slight frosted appearance.
Setup: No setup is required. Simply open the folder and insert your A4 documents. Ensure the press-stud closure is aligned and pressed firmly to secure the contents.
Compatibility: These folders are specifically designed for A4 sized paper (210 x 297 mm). They are compatible with standard office paper, printouts, and other A4 documents.
Care: To clean the folders, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the polypropylene material or affect its transparency. Ensure the press-stud is kept free of debris to maintain its functionality.
