Troubleshooting
Markers not coloring well or appear dry
Ensure the cap was fully sealed after the last use. If the marker is still dry, it may have reached the end of its lifespan. Try storing it tip-down for a few hours.
Crayons or pencils broken
Handle crayons and pencils gently. If a piece breaks, it can still be used. Store them carefully in the case to minimize movement.
Stickers not sticking
Ensure the surface the sticker is being applied to is clean and dry. The adhesive may also weaken over time; try pressing firmly.
Carrying case latch is difficult to open/close
Gently try to operate the latch. Ensure no art supplies are obstructing the closure mechanism. If persistent, contact customer support for assistance.
