Troubleshooting
The ironing board hook doesn't fit my ironing board.
Ensure your ironing board stand matches the compatible types (T-shape, Y-shape, or Joseph Joseph Glide). If it doesn't fit, the caddy might not be compatible. Check the dimensions of the hook and the ironing board to compare.
The caddy feels unstable after installation.
Ensure the screws are securely fastened to the wall. Check that the wall plugs are appropriate for your wall type. If the issue persists, consider using different wall plugs or relocating the caddy to a more stable location.
The silicone iron pad is damaged.
Avoid placing extremely hot irons directly onto the pad. Contact customer support to inquire about replacement options.
