Troubleshooting

Buttons are difficult to fasten/unfasten.

Ensure buttons are properly aligned with the buttonholes. If they feel stiff, gently work them back and forth. Avoid forcing them to prevent damage.

Fabric feels stiff after washing.

Ensure you are using the correct washing temperature (40°C) and consider using a fabric softener in the final rinse cycle. Ironing on a low heat can also help restore softness.

Pillowcase does not fit duvet cover.

Verify that you have the correct size duvet cover and pillowcase. The single set includes one pillowcase; ensure you are not trying to fit two into one. Check that the duvet is fully inserted into the cover.
