Troubleshooting

Lighter does not ignite after filling

Ensure the wick is fully saturated with lighter fluid. Check that the flint is clean and functional. If the flint is worn, it may need replacement. Ensure the lighter is properly assembled.

Lighter fluid evaporates quickly

Make sure the lid is closing securely. If evaporation is still rapid, check for any leaks or ensure the wick packing is dense enough.

Engraving is difficult to read

Avoid using all capital letters during the personalization process, as this can make the text blend together and become hard to read. Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters for clarity.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Filling the Lighter: This lighter arrives unfilled. Open the lighter and carefully add lighter fluid (sold separately) into the cotton wick reservoir. Do not overfill. Allow a few minutes for the fluid to saturate the wick before closing the lighter.
First Use: After filling, it may take a few attempts or a brief waiting period for the wick to fully absorb the fluid. Strike the flint wheel to ignite.

Compatibility:

Lighter Fluid: Compatible with most standard lighter fluids. Avoid using alternative fuels.

Care:

Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the polished finish. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the engraving or polish.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure the lid is closed to prevent fluid evaporation.
