Troubleshooting
Water flow is restricted through the filter
Check if the filter media has been packed too tightly or if the bag mesh is clogged with organic debris. Remove, rinse the bag, and redistribute the media.
Zipper feels stiff or hard to open
Mineral deposits or debris may be stuck in the zipper track. Rinse the bag in warm water and gently work the zipper back and forth to clear the debris.
Small media particles leaking into the filter
Verify that you are not using fine-grained resins. If using correct media, ensure the zipper is fully closed and the lock is in the correct position.
