Troubleshooting
Bench is wobbly after assembly
Ensure all screws and bolts are fully tightened. Check that the bench is placed on a level surface. If wobble persists, re-inspect the assembly steps for any missed connections.
Rust spots appearing on the steel
Light rust can often be removed with a soft brush and a mild abrasive cleaner. For more significant rust, consult a metal polish. Apply a clear coat sealant to prevent future rust if needed.
Table surface is uneven
Verify that the table support structure is correctly aligned and secured. Ensure the bench is on a flat surface, as an uneven base can affect table levelness.
Difficulty aligning holes during assembly
Loosely tighten all screws first, then align all parts. Once everything is in place, go back and tighten all screws securely. Sometimes gently flexing the frame can help align holes.
