How do I know when the battery is low?

The system features a low battery warning indicator to alert you when a recharge is necessary.

What is the maximum range of the receiver?

The receiver has a range of up to 100 meters under optimal conditions.

Can I change the LED colors?

Troubleshooting

Alarm is not triggering the receiver

Verify the devices are within the 100m range and check that both units are powered on and correctly paired.

Battery life appears shorter than expected

Ensure the device is fully charged before use and check if the flashlight or extreme volume levels are draining the battery prematurely.

No signal from the 2.5mm socket connection

Ensure the swinger or hanger cable is fully inserted into the 2.5mm port and check for any debris inside the jack connection.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Ultra-compact footprint for easier transportation
Environmentally friendly rechargeable internal battery
Robust IP66 weatherproofing for long-term reliability
Highly configurable volume, tone, and sensitivity settings
Convenient integrated flashlight LED on the receiver

Cons

Requires access to a power source for recharging
Internal batteries cannot be swapped for standard spares in an emergency
Specific 2.5mm socket requirement for external hangers

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: ensure the receiver and alarm heads are paired correctly out of the box. Charge the internal Li-ion batteries fully before your first session using the provided cable. For optimal performance, always store the units in a dry, ventilated area when not in use. While the IP66 rating covers heavy rain and dust exposure, avoid submerging the units intentionally. After a trip in wet conditions, wipe the heads and receiver down with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove grit or debris from the sensors and ensure the 2.5mm jack ports remain clear.
