The Faroro Automatic Cat Feeder is designed for pet owners who want to maintain a consistent feeding schedule for their cats, even when away from home. It offers a 4L capacity and precise portion control, allowing for up to six meals per day, which is ideal for busy professionals or those concerned about pet obesity. While it provides excellent flexibility, it is important to note that the unit relies on battery power as a secondary backup, meaning you must manage battery life independently to ensure continuous operation during potential power outages.

No, this feeder is designed exclusively for dry food. Wet food may spoil and clog the mechanism.
It is best suited for dry kibble ranging from 2mm to 10mm in diameter.
Battery life varies based on usage, but typically lasts several weeks to months as a backup power source.
The unit is designed with a stable base, but it should be placed in a corner if you have an especially active or large pet.
Yes, the bowl is removable for easy daily cleaning and sanitation.
Check if the food chute is clogged or if the kibble size is too large for the dispensing mechanism.
Check the battery installation or ensure the USB cable is securely connected to the wall adapter.
Ensure the speaker outlet on the base of the unit is free from debris or dust.
To set up your feeder, place it on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping. Connect the USB power cable to a reliable power source. We strongly recommend installing 3 fresh D-cell batteries as a backup; the device will automatically switch to battery mode if the AC power is interrupted. The stainless steel bowl is dishwasher safe and should be cleaned regularly to prevent bacterial buildup. The main food reservoir can be wiped down with a dry cloth, but do not submerge the motor unit in water. Ensure the lid is securely locked to maintain the freshness of the kibble.
