Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on

Ensure the power is on, the bulb is screwed in correctly and is functional. Verify electrical connections are secure (consult an electrician if unsure).

Flickering light

Check if the bulb is loose or nearing the end of its life. If using a dimmer, ensure compatibility with the bulb type.

Surface dust buildup

Gently dust with a soft, dry brush or a microfiber cloth. For stubborn dust, a cloth lightly dampened with water can be used, ensuring it dries completely.

Uneven light distribution

This is an inherent characteristic of the diffused lighting design. Ensure the correct type and wattage of bulb are used as per manufacturer recommendations.
