FAQs

How do I clean the brush?

Rinse the brush with warm water and mild soap. Gently scrub to remove any debris and let it air dry completely.

Can I use this set on wooden floors?

Yes, it is suitable for use on wooden floors, but use a gentle sweeping motion to avoid scratching the surface.

What is the best way to empty the dustpan?

Hold the dustpan over a trash receptacle and gently tip to empty the contents. The silicone lip helps ensure that debris slides out easily.

How should I store the dustpan and brush set?

Store the set in a dry place. The handle of the brush usually has a hole for hanging, or it can be stored upright next to the dustpan.

Are replacement brushes available?

This model does not come with replacement parts.

Can I use the brush for wet spills?

While the brush can handle a bit of moisture, it is best suited for dry debris. For wet spills, use a different cleaning method to avoid damaging the brush or leaving residue.

Troubleshooting

Brush bristles are not picking up debris effectively.

Check for any obstructions in the bristles and clean them with water and soap. Ensure the brush is making full contact with the surface.

Dustpan is not sitting flush with the floor.

Check the silicone lip for any damage or debris preventing a seal. Clean the lip and ensure it is properly aligned.
