Troubleshooting

Figures are difficult to stack.

Ensure the figures are placed on a flat, stable surface. Encourage gentle balancing and experimentation with different combinations. The inherent nature of stacking toys involves a learning curve for fine motor skills.

Paint seems to be chipping.

This is uncommon with proper care. If minor chipping occurs, gently wipe the area. Avoid harsh cleaning or rough play that could exacerbate the issue. Contact customer support if significant damage is present.

Storage bag is dirty.

Spot clean the bag with a damp cloth and mild soap. For heavier dirt, hand wash with cold water and mild detergent, then air dry completely. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Missing a figure.

Double-check the packaging and storage bag thoroughly. If a figure is confirmed missing, please contact the retailer or Le Toy Van customer support for assistance.
