Mill Gentle Air Smart Oil-Filled Radiator - White, 2000W

Mill Heat Boost technology is designed to increase the surface temperature of the heating elements and optimize airflow, allowing the radiator to heat the room air more quickly and distribute warmth more efficiently compared to standard oil-filled radiators.

Yes, you can use the radiator manually using the controls on the unit itself. The WiFi and app connectivity are for enhanced features like remote control, scheduling, and energy monitoring.

With its 2000W power, it is generally suitable for medium to large rooms (e.g., 15-25 sqm), depending on insulation and ambient temperature. For smaller rooms, you might need to use a lower heat setting or the thermostat to avoid overheating.

No, the oil inside is permanently sealed for safety and maintenance-free operation. It is designed to last the lifetime of the product.

First, check if the overheat protection or tip-over switch has been activated. Unplug the unit, let it cool down, ensure it's on a level surface, and then plug it back in. If the problem persists, refer to the troubleshooting section or contact customer support.

Please refer to the product packaging or the manufacturer's website for specific warranty details, as warranty periods can vary by region and retailer.

Yes, the Mill app typically allows you to add and control multiple Mill smart devices, including several Gentle Air radiators, from a single interface.

Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check if the overheat protection has been triggered (allow to cool, then reset). Verify the tip-over switch hasn't been activated.

Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz and functioning correctly. Restart your router and the radiator. Verify you are within WiFi range. Re-enter WiFi credentials in the Mill app if necessary.

Check that the thermostat is set to a higher temperature than the current room temperature. Ensure the correct heat setting (I, II, or III) is selected. Check for any obstructions around the radiator and ensure the room is not excessively large for the 2000W output.

The overheat protection or tip-over switch may have been activated. Allow the unit to cool down completely. Ensure it is on a level surface and not obstructed. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Ensure the feature is enabled in the Mill app. Verify that the temperature drop is significant enough to trigger the sensor (usually a rapid drop of several degrees).
