Troubleshooting

Unit wobbles after installation

Check that the unit is placed on a level surface and that all fixings (if any required for your specific setup) are tightened correctly. Ensure the floor is stable.

Gloss finish appears streaky

Use a soft, damp microfiber cloth for cleaning. Avoid abrasive materials. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water, then dry with a clean cloth.

Difficulty aligning toilet with unit

Consult the installation manuals for both the Nuie Arno unit and your chosen back-to-wall toilet. Ensure the correct waste pipe and cistern connections are used as per manufacturer guidelines.

Water marks or moisture damage

Wipe up spills immediately. Ensure good bathroom ventilation to prevent prolonged exposure to high humidity. Check cistern connections for leaks.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Setup: The Nuie Arno Toilet Unit is supplied rigid, meaning it comes pre-assembled. Installation involves positioning the unit, connecting the back-to-wall toilet, and fitting the concealed cistern and flush mechanism (all sold separately). Ensure the unit is level and securely placed. Standard plumbing tools and materials will be required.

Compatibility: This unit is designed for use with back-to-wall toilets and compatible concealed cisterns. Please verify dimensions and connection types with your chosen toilet and cistern to ensure a perfect fit. It coordinates best with other units from the Nuie Arno collection.
