While the cup is durable, we recommend replacing the silicone spout if it shows signs of cracking or excessive wear.
Verify that the silicone spout is properly snapped into the lid collar and that the lid is tightened securely.
Check if the air-vent on the spout is blocked; ensure the straw or valve is not clogged and is properly ventilated.
To prepare the cup for first use, disassemble all parts and wash them thoroughly in warm soapy water. Ensure the silicone spout is correctly seated in the lid assembly, as an improperly seated spout is the primary cause of leakage.
For daily care, we recommend top-rack dishwasher use only if the cycle temperature is moderate; otherwise, hand washing with a soft bottle brush will extend the lifespan of the colorful patterns. Always inspect the silicone spout for signs of wear or tearing before each use and replace if necessary.
