The longevity depends on room size, temperature, and air circulation, but a 1000ml diffuser is designed to provide fragrance for several weeks to a few months.

While the included Pomegranate & Cassis oil is recommended, the vessel can be refilled with other compatible reed diffuser oils once depleted. Ensure to clean the vessel thoroughly before refilling.

Flipping the reeds every 3-7 days is generally recommended to maintain a consistent and strong scent throw. More frequent flipping may be needed in larger spaces or during initial setup.

The stopper is used to seal the diffuser liquid when not in use, preserving the fragrance and preventing evaporation, especially during shipping or storage.

Due to its large capacity and intended for larger interiors, it might be overpowering for very small rooms. Consider a smaller diffuser for such spaces.

Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If refilling, wash with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and ensure it's completely dry before adding new oil.

Ensure reeds are fully immersed in the oil. Flip the reeds to expose the saturated ends. Allow 24 hours for the scent to fully develop. Check if the oil level is too low.

Flip the reeds more frequently. Ensure the room has adequate air circulation. Clean any dust from the reeds. Consider placing the diffuser in a slightly warmer area (not direct heat).

Ensure the vessel is kept upright and on a stable surface. Check that the stopper or any packaging seal was fully removed before setup.

Replace old reeds with new ones. Over time, reeds can become saturated and less effective.
