The Ninja Extended Life Ceramic 2-Piece Frying Pan Set is ideal for home cooks looking for a durable, PFAS-free non-stick solution that handles high-heat cooking with ease. Featuring exclusive CeramicLock technology and a hard-anodised base, these pans provide excellent heat distribution and a scratch-resistant surface that requires little to no oil. While the ceramic coating offers superior non-stick performance, users should note that maintaining the coating requires avoiding metal utensils and abrasive scouring pads to ensure the long-term integrity of the finish.

Yes, they are dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand washing to maximize the lifespan of the non-stick coating.
Check if there is burnt-on residue from previous use and ensure the pan was not overheated. Clean thoroughly and use a small amount of oil or butter for future cooking.
Check that the base of the pan is not warped due to thermal shock (placing a hot pan in cold water). Ensure you are using the correct burner size for the pan diameter.
This is often due to fat or oil buildup on the outside. Use a non-abrasive cleaning paste and a soft cloth to gently buff the exterior clean.
Before first use, wash the pans in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. While the pans are dishwasher safe, hand washing is highly recommended to extend the life of the CeramicLock coating; use a soft sponge and mild detergent. Avoid using metal utensils such as forks or knives directly on the surface, as these will cause scratching. Instead, opt for silicone, wooden, or plastic cooking tools. Ensure the pans are fully cooled before immersing them in water to prevent thermal shock, which can warp the metal base over time.
