The VEVOR Rollenständer 1104A is a heavy-duty material support solution designed for professional woodworkers, pipefitters, and metalworkers who need a reliable, high-capacity partner for heavy-duty tasks. Its primary benefit is a massive 1134 kg load-bearing capacity, providing unmatched stability for oversized timber or metal stock, though its robust steel construction makes it significantly heavier to transport than lighter-duty consumer-grade roller stands.

Ensure the locking handle is fully tightened and the teeth of the adjustment mechanism are correctly engaged.
Check that all three feet of the triangular base are in contact with the ground and that the floor is level.
Clean the roller bearings of any sawdust or debris and apply a small amount of lubricant.
Setup involves unfolding the triangular base and tightening the tension locks to ensure the legs are fully seated. When adjusting height, release the locking mechanism, move the stand to your desired height, and retighten firmly before placing any load. To ensure longevity, keep the steel surfaces clean and free of metal shavings or wood dust, which can impede the movement of the rollers. Periodically apply a light machine oil to the height adjustment threads to maintain smooth operation. Always place the stand on a flat, level surface to utilize the full load capacity safely.
