Troubleshooting
Mug has a stain that won't come off
Try a paste of baking soda and water, apply to the stain, let sit for a few minutes, then gently scrub and rinse. For stubborn stains, a mild, non-abrasive cleaner might be necessary, followed by a thorough rinse.
Paint or design seems to be fading
Ensure you are using the dishwasher on a gentle cycle or hand washing. Avoid harsh detergents and high-temperature drying settings if using a dishwasher. Microwave use should be for reheating only, not prolonged cooking.
Mug feels unusually hot after microwaving
This is normal as the mug heats up with the beverage. Always handle with care after microwaving. Ensure you are not microwaving the mug when empty.
