While it is designed for rectangular tables, it can be used on circular tables if you are comfortable with the corners draping significantly or tucked underneath.
The tablecloth is designed to protect against spills, but it is best to wipe liquids immediately to prevent them from soaking through to the table surface.
Yes, it is suitable for garden parties and picnics, though it should be secured with clips if it is a windy day.
Measure your table length and width, then add your desired overhang (usually 15-20cm on each side) to see if it matches the 138cm x 247cm dimensions.
Most event tablecloths of this type can be machine washed on a gentle cycle, but please check the specific product label to ensure colorfastness and fabric safety.
Use a steamer or an iron on a low-heat setting while the cloth is laid flat to smooth out wrinkles.
Use a mild soap and a damp microfiber cloth to gently blot the area rather than scrubbing, which can damage the fabric fibers.
Use discreet tablecloth clips or adhesive grips on the underside of the table edges to keep the fabric secured.
To set up, center the 138cm x 247cm fabric over your table, ensuring equal overhang on all sides. For the best result, iron on a low setting before the event to remove any folding creases from storage. For care, it is recommended to spot clean spills immediately. If the fabric requires a full wash, check the care label for specific temperature requirements. Always store the tablecloth folded in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew or unnecessary wrinkles when not in use.
