FAQs

What are the dimensions of the planter?

Please refer to the product specifications for exact dimensions, as these can vary slightly. The design typically offers substantial depth and width for planting.

Can this planter be used indoors?

This planter is designed for outdoor use. Using it indoors may lead to moisture issues and potential damage to your flooring.

How much soil does this planter hold?

The dual-tiered design provides a significant volume for soil. Specific capacity details can be found in the product's technical specifications.

Is the wood treated for outdoor weather resistance?

The wood is typically treated for outdoor use, but for maximum longevity and to maintain its appearance, annual sealing or staining is recommended.

Can the trellis be removed if not needed?

The trellis is integrated into the design. While it might be possible to remove it, this would require modification and may compromise the planter's structural integrity.

What is the recommended maintenance schedule?

It is recommended to check for loose fittings periodically and to consider re-sealing or staining the wood annually to protect it from the elements.

Troubleshooting

Planter feels unstable after assembly

Ensure all screws are fully tightened. Check that the planter is placed on a perfectly level surface.

Water pooling in the planter

Verify that the drainage holes at the bottom are not blocked. Ensure water can freely exit the planter.

Trellis appears flimsy

Confirm that the trellis is securely attached to the main planter structure according to the assembly instructions.

Wood shows signs of wear or fading

Apply a suitable, weather-resistant wood sealant or stain. Reapply annually or as needed based on environmental conditions.
