Troubleshooting
Seat won't close slowly.
Ensure the hinges are correctly installed and not obstructed. Check if the seat is properly aligned on the hinges. If issues persist, the hinge mechanism may need adjustment or replacement.
Hinges are loose after installation.
Re-tighten the top-fix bolts securely. Ensure the seat is properly attached to the hinges.
Difficult to clean.
Utilize the top-fix mechanism to easily remove the seat for cleaning. Use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Ensure all parts are dried before reattaching.
Child seat does not stay up.
Ensure the child seat is fully engaged in its position. If it continuously slips down, check the mechanism for any debris or misalignment.
