Wednesbury Plastic Coated Copper Tube is a durable and corrosion-resistant material suitable for plumbing and heating applications. It is mechanically strong and resistant to decay, physical damage, abrasions, and high temperatures. This tube is ideal for drainage, gaseous waste disposal, fuel supply, and transporting oil and hot water. It is manufactured from high-quality copper and is available in straight lengths or coils. The plastic coating, tightly extruded onto the copper tube, provides enhanced protection against aggressive environments and is more effective than other protection methods. This recyclable copper tube is BSI Kite-Marked, manufactured in the UK, and approved under Company 9001 & 14001. It is suitable for all parts of plumbing and gas installations, is healthy and safe, and non-permeable, protecting water supplies from contamination. The yellow plastic coating offers resistance to heat, corrosion, pressure, and fire. The tubes can withstand temperatures up to 95°C (203°F) with occasional peaks up to 110°C (230°F).
