Troubleshooting
Ball has become covered in dirt or grime
Wash the ball with warm water and mild, pet-safe soap, then air dry completely before the next play session.
Dog is losing interest in the ball
Try using the ball only during dedicated play sessions to keep it a 'special' reward rather than leaving it accessible all day.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These balls require no setup out of the box—simply remove the packaging and they are ready for play. They are compatible with most standard ball launchers and are suitable for medium-to-large breed dogs. To ensure the longevity of the toy, wipe the surface with a damp cloth if it becomes muddy or soiled during outdoor play. While the balls are designed for durability, inspect them periodically for wear and tear; if you notice small pieces becoming detached, remove the toy from your pet to prevent ingestion.
