How does the basket fold for storage?
The basket is designed to fold flat. Simply empty it and push the sides inward to collapse it for easy storage when not in use.
Is the 'Animal' pattern specific to dogs?
The description mentions a 'cute dog face' and 'friendly dog face' with ears, suggesting the 'Animal' pattern specifically refers to a dog design.
What material is the basket made from?
The basket is crafted from durable cotton fabric, specifically woven cotton rope, with soft felt details for the design elements.
Troubleshooting
Basket does not stand upright / Collapses easily
Ensure the basket is filled with items to provide structure. For initial setup, gently push out the sides to help it regain its intended cube shape. If the material is creased from storage, a light steaming from a distance may help it hold its form better.
Felt details or ears are detached
For minor detachment, a few stitches with a needle and thread can reattach them securely. Ensure you use thread that matches the felt color for an inconspicuous repair.
Basket has an odor
Air out the basket in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours. If the odor persists, gently wipe the interior with a mild soap and water solution, ensuring it dries completely before use.
Stains on the fabric
Spot clean the affected area immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap. Gently blot the stain rather than rubbing. Allow the area to air dry completely.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: No assembly is required. Unfold the basket from its flat-packed state and shape it to stand upright.
Compatibility: This basket is designed for general storage of soft items like toys, clothes, blankets, and books. It is compatible with most children's room, nursery, or playroom environments. Its cube shape is intended to fit on shelves or floors.
Care Instructions: To clean, use a damp cloth to wipe the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the cotton fabric or felt details. Ensure the basket is completely dry before use if it becomes wet to prevent mildew. For minor reshaping, gently adjust the sides; for deeper creases from folding, you may use a handheld steamer on a low setting from a distance, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
