The Glim & Glam Reactive Blue Glaze Dinnerware set is designed for homeowners and hosts who appreciate a natural, artisanal aesthetic for their daily dining or special occasions. Its primary benefit is a stunning, unique visual appeal created by a reactive glaze finish that ensures no two plates are identical. A key caveat for buyers is that these are classified as factory seconds, meaning users should expect minor aesthetic irregularities such as small blemishes or surface scratches that do not impact the durability or functional use of the stoneware.

Yes, Glim & Glam stoneware is manufactured to meet safety standards for food-grade kitchenware.
The unique reactive glaze technique is designed to produce variations in color, finish, and speckle pattern, making every single piece distinct.
Yes, this set consists of factory seconds, which means they may have minor blemishes, small blisters, or light surface scratches that are cosmetic only.
These are microwave safe, but we do not recommend using them in a conventional oven or broiler as sudden temperature changes can cause stoneware to crack.
The set includes 4 dinner plates, each measuring 27cm in diameter.
Use a non-abrasive cleanser or a paste of baking soda and water to gently buff the surface and remove metallic residue or light scuffs.
Soak the plate in warm, soapy water for 15 minutes before placing in the dishwasher to help loosen stubborn proteins in the speckled finish.
Before first use, it is recommended to wash the plates with a mild dish soap to remove any dust from shipping. While these are dishwasher safe, avoid using abrasive scrubbing pads that could exacerbate light surface scratches.
Because these are stoneware, they perform best when handled with care. To prevent potential thermal shock, avoid taking a plate directly from a freezing environment into a preheated microwave. If you find surface scuffs after extended use, these can often be mitigated by cleaning with a baking soda paste. Store the plates in a stack; if you are worried about surface friction, place a felt protector or a paper towel between the plates to keep the finish pristine.
