This 100mm Lo-Carbon axial in-line shower fan and light kit provides simultaneous fan and light operation, suitable for shower enclosures and wet areas. It is available with a white or chrome bezel on the light assembly. This is the timer model, which allows control via a light switch. When the light switch is turned on, the fan and light activate. When the switch is turned off, the fan continues to run for a pre-set, adjustable time. It features permanent live, switched live, and neutral connections. The kit includes a 100mm axial in-line fan, three metres of flexible ducting, an exterior white grille, a light transformer, a light assembly for a 12V 35W halogen light, and a white bezel. The fixing hole diameter is 115mm using screws or 130mm using springs. It has an airflow of 108M3/h (30l/s) and is rated at 240V 50Hz with an IP44 rating. The fan operates at 240V 50Hz and produces 23dB(A) of noise. This product comes with a 5-year guarantee. Inline fans are installed within your attic as part of your ducting system and can ventilate multiple locations with a single unit. Timer-controlled extractor fans operate with the bathroom light switch and then continue to run for a set period to remove excess moisture, ideal for steamy bathrooms. The fan is Zone 1 Rated, meaning it has an IP (Ingress Protection) rating suitable for specific bathroom zones as determined by UK standards.
