Product Information

Full details

The Rosalind Table Lamp in White is ideal for homeowners seeking to add a touch of modern elegance with a hint of vintage charm to their living spaces, bedrooms, or hallways. Its key benefit lies in its dual illumination system, offering both ambient integrated LED light and a spotlight via a standard bulb, enhancing the atmosphere of any room. A caveat to note is that both light sources operate simultaneously from a single switch and cannot be controlled independently.

FAQs

Can I use the base light and the shade light separately?

No, both the integrated LED base light and the light from the ES27 bulb in the shade operate simultaneously from a single in-line switch and cannot be used independently.

What type of bulb do I need for the shade?

You will need one ES27 light bulb for the fabric shade. Please check the lamp's specifications or the shade for the maximum recommended wattage.

Does the lamp come with bulbs?

No, the Rosalind Table Lamp does not include the ES27 bulb for the shade. The base light is integrated and does not require a separate bulb.

What is the color temperature of the light?

Both the integrated LED base light and the light from the shade bulb emit a warm white light at 3600 Kelvin.

How do I clean the lamp base?

Wipe the resin base with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to maintain the finish.

What are the dimensions of the lamp?

The product dimensions are H45.4 x Dia28 cm.

Is the base LED replaceable?

No, the integrated LED within the base is not designed to be user-replaceable.

Troubleshooting

Lamp does not turn on.

Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check that the in-line switch is in the 'on' position. Verify the ES27 bulb in the shade is correctly screwed in and functional (try a different bulb if unsure).

Only one light source is working.

If the base LED is not working, it may indicate an internal issue. If the shade light is not working, check the ES27 bulb and its connection. Contact customer support if the issue persists.

Flickering light.

This could be due to a loose bulb in the shade or an issue with the power supply. Ensure the ES27 bulb is firmly seated. If flickering continues, try a different bulb or contact support.
