Troubleshooting

Seat is wobbly after installation

Ensure the self-adhesive hinges have been firmly pressed into place and allowed sufficient time to bond. Check that the hinge screws are fully tightened. Re-adjust positioning if necessary.

Hinges do not seem to adhere well

Verify that the toilet pan surface where the hinges are applied is completely clean, dry, and free from any residue or cleaning product film. Ensure the protective film was fully removed.

Color does not match expectations

Note that actual product color may vary between devices depending on screen settings. Refer to product images in different lighting conditions if available or consult customer reviews for color accuracy.

Seat is not level

Utilize the adjustable hinge mechanism to fine-tune the seat's position for a level fit. Loosen the hinge screws slightly, adjust the seat, and then retighten.
