FAQs

Are the lockers suitable for outdoor use?

No, these lockers are designed for indoor use only. The steel may rust if exposed to moisture and the elements.

Can I bolt multiple lockers together?

Yes, the modular design allows for multiple units to be secured side-by-side.

Do I need to anchor these to the wall?

While stable, it is highly recommended to anchor them to a wall for safety, especially in public areas or high-traffic environments.

What tools are needed for assembly?

A standard screwdriver set and a rubber mallet are typically sufficient for assembly.

Are the keys universal for all lockers in the set?

Each locker door usually comes with its own specific key set for individual security.

What is the weight capacity per shelf?

The lockers are built for standard personal effects like clothing, stationary, and bags; avoid placing extremely heavy machinery or bulk items inside.

Troubleshooting

Door is difficult to close or lock

Check that the unit is sitting on a perfectly level floor. Use shims if necessary, as uneven surfaces can warp the frame.

Key is stuck in the lock

Ensure the lock cylinder is fully turned to the neutral position before attempting to withdraw the key.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Sturdy powder-coated steel finish
Excellent ventilation to reduce odors
Modular design for scalable storage
Includes spare keys for each door

Cons

Arrives flat-packed, requiring assembly
Limited color options
Heavier weight requires two-person handling for setup

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The lockers arrive flat-packed. You will need basic hand tools to secure the panels together. It is recommended to assemble the unit on a flat surface and ensure it is anchored to a wall if used in a busy public area.
Compatibility: These units are designed to be standalone but are compatible with other MonsterShop locker units of the same model for continuous installations.
Care: Maintain the lockers by wiping down the powder-coated exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Ensure the locking mechanisms remain lubricated with a light spray if the door becomes difficult to latch over time.
