FAQs
Can I order these with a different name?
No, these specific units are pre-personalised with the name Alfie and cannot be customised.
Are these balls safe for aggressive chewers?
While they are built for durability, they are primarily designed as fetch toys. Always supervise your dog during play and remove the toy if you notice it being chewed into small pieces.
How many balls come in a pack?
Each purchase includes a set of two balls.
Are they suitable for indoor use?
Yes, their design allows for safe use on most indoor surfaces, though they are optimized for outdoor high-bounce performance.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
No assembly is required; the balls are ready for play immediately after removing the packaging. These balls are compatible with standard ball throwers, though they work perfectly well for traditional hand-tossed fetch. To maintain the life of the product, wipe the balls clean with a damp cloth after muddy outdoor sessions. Ensure the product is stored in a dry location to prevent moisture buildup, and periodically inspect for any signs of heavy wear or damage to ensure continued safety for your pet.
