FAQs
What is the total height of the stool?
The stool measures 98cm in total height, though this is adjustable based on your needs.
Can I use this stool outdoors?
No, this stool is intended for indoor use only. Exposure to moisture or direct sunlight may damage the metal finish and acrylic.
How do I adjust the height?
The stool uses a standard gas-lift lever located under the seat; lift the lever while unweighted to raise, or sit on the stool and lift the lever to lower.
What materials are used in the construction?
The seat is made of high-quality acrylic, while the pedestal base and footrest are constructed from durable metal.
Is the base prone to rusting?
The base is designed for indoor use. Keeping it away from water and using only dry, soft cloths for cleaning will prevent potential oxidation.
Troubleshooting
The stool feels wobbly
Check that all bolts connecting the seat to the base are fully tightened and ensure the floor is level.
Height adjustment is not working
Ensure the plastic shipping cap has been removed from the top of the gas-lift cylinder during assembly.
Scratches appearing on the acrylic
Ensure you are only using soft microfiber cloths for cleaning and avoid dragging objects across the seat surface.

- Adjustable height makes it compatible with most counters

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly: The stool arrives in parts and requires standard assembly by attaching the seat to the pedestal base. Ensure all screws are tightened firmly during the initial setup to prevent wobbling.
Compatibility: Its adjustable height range makes it suitable for residential kitchen islands, breakfast bars, and home game rooms.
Care Instructions: To keep the stool looking new, wipe the acrylic seat and the gold metallic base regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive scrubbers, or scouring pads, as these will scratch the acrylic and dull the reflective finish of the gold base. If a deeper clean is needed, use only a damp cloth with mild soap, followed immediately by a dry wipe.
