FAQs

Use dry, seasoned hardwood for the best results. Avoid softwoods, treated wood, or any wood that has been painted or varnished.

How do I clean the chimenea?

Allow the chimenea to cool completely. Use a brush or damp cloth to clean the interior and exterior. Do not use water while the chimenea is hot.

Can I leave the chimenea outside?

Yes, but it's recommended to protect it from the elements when not in use. Use a chimenea cover to extend its life.

What is the warranty?

Please refer to the product packaging or Gardeco's website for warranty information.

How far away should I place the chimenea from other objects?

Maintain a safe distance of at least 1 meter from any flammable objects.

Can I use charcoal in the chimenea?

What should I do if the chimenea gets too hot?

Reduce the amount of wood you are using and ensure adequate airflow. If it is still too hot, let the fire burn out naturally.
