Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash both pans in warm, soapy water and dry them thoroughly. While the pans are dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to prolong the integrity of the ceramic non-stick coating. When cooking, always use silicone or wooden utensils; avoid metal scrapers or knives, as these can scratch the ceramic surface over time. When using the pans on induction hobs, ensure the base is centered correctly to optimize magnetic contact. For storage, consider using pan protectors between the two pans to prevent the base of one from scuffing the interior coating of the other. Always allow the pans to cool naturally before submerging them in water, as sudden temperature changes can warp the stainless steel body.
