The Kids Ride Shotgun Windproof Jersey is specifically engineered for young mountain bikers who need reliable protection during trail rides. By combining a windproof front panel with breathable, durable fabrics, this jersey keeps children comfortable across changing weather conditions; however, it is important to note that while it blocks wind, it is not a fully waterproof rain jacket.

No, it features a windproof front panel for protection against cold air, but it is not designed to be a waterproof rain jacket.
It is best to air-dry or hang-dry the jersey to protect the technical fabric and the graphics from high heat.
It can be worn directly over a base layer for extra warmth or as a standalone layer on warmer, windy days.
No, the jersey is designed with a versatile fit specifically for mountain biking, ensuring full freedom of movement for steering and braking.
Select the size that allows for a comfortable fit around the chest while ensuring the sleeves allow for active riding positions.
Ensure the rider is not over-layering; the jersey is designed for breathability but can be overwhelmed if too many heavy layers are worn underneath.
Turn the jersey inside out before placing it in the wash and use a cold, gentle cycle to protect the printed designs.
For the best results, ensure the jersey fits snugly but comfortably to allow for a full range of motion while riding. When it comes to care, wash the garment in cold water with a gentle cycle to preserve the integrity of the windproof membrane and the printed graphics. Hang drying is highly recommended over tumble drying to maintain the fabric's durability and shape. Avoid using harsh fabric softeners, as they can interfere with the moisture-wicking performance of the technical material.
