Troubleshooting
Dinnerware appears dull after washing
Ensure you are using the correct amount of detergent and that the rinse aid dispenser is full. Hard water can also contribute; consider using a dishwasher cleaner periodically.
Minor chips or scratches on the surface
While durable, porcelain can be susceptible to chipping. Avoid dropping pieces and try to use non-abrasive cleaning tools. For minor scratches, a paste of baking soda and water may help gently polish the area.
Discoloration from food or drinks
Soak stained items in warm water with a mild dish soap or a gentle bleaching agent like hydrogen peroxide for a short period. Rinse thoroughly.
