Troubleshooting

Mattress not fully expanding after 48 hours.

Ensure the mattress is in a room with a stable temperature (not too cold). Check that it is fully unwrapped and not restricted by anything. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Noticeable smell upon unwrapping.

This is a common 'new mattress' smell, often referred to as off-gassing, which is harmless. Allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for a few days; the smell should dissipate.

Feeling too warm during sleep.

While the Cool Touch technology helps, individual body heat varies. Ensure good room ventilation and consider using breathable bedding. The mattress is designed to mitigate overheating, but extreme temperatures may still be a factor.

Slightly uneven surface after expansion.

Minor imperfections can occur. Rotate the mattress and allow it more time to settle. If the unevenness is significant and affects comfort, contact customer support.
