The Hama 00126867 Aluminium Mouse Mat is designed for professionals and minimalists who demand a high-precision, durable surface for their daily computing tasks. This sleek accessory offers a frictionless experience that enhances tracking accuracy for both optical and laser mice, though users who prefer a soft or cushioned wrist support may find the rigid aluminium construction less ergonomic for long hours of typing.

Yes, the Hama Aluminium Mouse Mat is fully compatible with both optical and laser sensors found in most gaming mice.
No, this model features a slim, flat design without an integrated wrist rest.
The mouse pad has a thickness of 3 mm.
Yes, the surface is washable. Use a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then wipe dry.
The mat is designed with a non-slip base that acts as a buffer between the desk and the aluminium, but always ensure the desk surface is free of debris before placing it down.
The mat measures 220 mm in width and 180 mm in depth.
Clean the desk surface and the bottom of the mat with a damp cloth to remove dust, which can impair the non-slip grip.
Ensure the aluminium surface is free of fingerprints or oily residue by wiping it with a microfiber cloth.
This is a natural characteristic of aluminium; it will warm up slightly through contact with your hand or ambient room temperature over time.
Setting up the Hama mouse mat is straightforward: simply place it on your desk with the non-slip side facing down. It is compatible with all standard optical and laser mice without requiring any drivers or software. To maintain the aluminium surface, use a soft, damp cloth with a mild cleaning agent if necessary, and wipe dry immediately to prevent water spots. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals that could scratch the metallic finish or degrade the non-slip backing.
